Be treated like Royalty at Hall's Taekwondo Centres
Martin Hall and Prince Charles enjoy a conversation about Taekwondo and the positive influences on children and adults alike. Hall's Taekwondo Demo Team Xtreme entertained HRH the Prince of Wales during his visit to the State Netball and Hockey Centre in Parkville, Melbourne, 3rd March, 2005. A flawless presentation of board breaking, traditional martial arts and dynamic flying kicks from 20 young Team Members aged 10 - 19 captivated the Prince.

Chris Smart, aged 10 powered through a pine board held by Mr. Justin Madden, State Minister for Sport assisted by Chris's Head Instructor, Martin Hall as Prince Charles looked on.
Prince Charles spent a lot of time watching our Demo Team perform and later chatting with the students about their training schedules. "These children are very special", the Prince commented to Martin Hall. And to the children he asked, "Could you teach me some of your techniques to help me gain stress relief from the many reporters who travel with me?" Prince Charles was generous with his time and genuinely interested in the Team.

Hall's Taekwondo uses the State Netball and Hockey Centre for its club events such as championships and gradings. "We have four full-time Centres in Melbourne with more than 1600 students and the State Netball and Hockey Centre gives us the opportunity to bring everyone together under the one roof at events", said Jeanette Hall, joint Managing Director of Hall's Taekwondo. "It was a privilege sharing our martial art and Olympic Sport with His Royal Highness today. It was a moment the children will never forget."
