8 Week Challenge

We invite you to join Club Kaizen’s 8 Week Challenge for total  fitness immersion as a Weight Loss Warrior.

During the 8 weeks you must attend 2 group training sessions for physical participation and consultation.  You will be assessed at the beginning, the middle and the end of your 8 Week Challenge to measure results.  Training is performed in 4 separate fitness levels for maximum results:

» Saturday mornings at 6:45am (various locations)
» Wednesday nights 8:45pm (Hall’s Taekwondo Tullamarine).

Health Ninja Instructors teach you the ultimate Black Belt mindset so that you stop doing the things that hurt, keep doing the things that support you and start doing the things that make you grow!

During the 8 weeks, Weight Loss Warriors practise, in their own time, Kung Fu Kitchen based on food choices and dietry advice handed out at the beginning of the 8 Week Challenge.  Good health is based on 80% of what you eat.    You may not need to lose weight because you are already a Warrior.  But everyone needs Kung Fu Kitchen for maximum nutrition.

At the end of 8 weeks you will be amazed at the difference!
