Q: How will I know you have received my order?


As soon as we receive your order you will be sent an automatic email confirming the order and your order number. Anytime you have further questions you can email us and quote your order number for a prompt response. If we have any queries we will contact you via the details you have forwarded. 

 

Q: What happens to the personal information I give you?

At Hall’s Taekwondo we are committed to maintaining your privacy and can reassure you we do not sell or share our customers’ personal details with any other companies. 

 

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Depending on where you live in Australia, delivery will take up to 3 working days. If you require an urgent delivery please contact us via email and we will do our utmost to meet your requirements. Additional charges may apply.  

 

Q: What type of Credit Card can I use?
You are able to use Visa, MasterCard or Amex.

 

 

Q: How can I order if I do not have a credit card?
Contact us for EFT details to enable a direct bank deposit. Alternatively, you can choose your products On-Line and visit one of our full-time facilities to complete your sale as a personal shopper.

 

Q: Is it safe to enter my credit card details onto your site?
At Hall’s Taekwondo Systems Pty Ltd, we have gone to great lengths to ensure our payment process is totally secure for all our customers to use. We have a world class payment process in place, with the highest level of security available (128bit encryption). Details regarding your order and delivery are sent to us and all payment details are sent via the National Bank’s secure online payment gateway. At no stage do we have access to your credit card details.

 

Q: What if I’m not happy with my order?
Hall’s Taekwondo wants your shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable. This extends right to the moment you receive your goods. If you are unhappy with your order once you received it for any reason, you may return it for a complete refund. This must be done within 14 days and the products must not have been used.
