Why Kiara loves Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a way of life for me. It provides a regimen in training and developing my body and a discipline in making me mentally focused and stronger. It teaches me respect for others and myself.

Becoming a coach is one of my life goals. I am fortunate to be trained by some of the best Poomsae coaches in Australia and my goal is to give back to the Taekwondo community.

I love being a role model to the younger generation.

Halls is more than just a club. To me, it feels like an extension of my family. I am proud to represent our Hall's externally and I continually aim to demonstrate to others that they too can become strong confident people - who never give up and always give 100 percent.

I believe that Taekwondo trains the body, mind and spirit and provides life skills, which make you a confident and outgoing person.
