Why Madison loves Taekwondo
I love Taekwondo not only because of the competition in sparring or the focus and accurate movements in poomsae but because of the life-long ethics that it teaches and the mottos I have gained and practise every day.

I come to a motivating and positive environment where I can socialise whilst becoming fit and gaining the knowledge to protect myself in any situation.

Taekwondo has made me a strong, confident person with the right discipline and mind set to achieve anything with support from the great friends I have made.
