Train like you’re getting ready for Tough Mudder!
Whether you’re planning to enter an obstacle race – or not - we’re going to train you like you are!
We expect that you already actively work out but you want to know the techniques to smash through an obstacle course physically and mentally. We will push your limits and keep you safe but you must be up for adventure training. Expect jumping, crawling, scaling walls, dragging tyres, rope climbing, rock climbing and more.
No-one in Australia is more qualified than Luke Atkins to lead you through this Bootcamp. He came 4th (2012) & 5th (2013) in his Division in the World’s Tough Mudder (New Jersey) and 14th overall on both occasions. Luke will be assisted by Dean Roberts, World's Toughest Mudder, 20th (2013) in his division with years of experience in adventure training . Coupled with their physical expertise and attitude, is their unrelenting black belt mindset they will share exclusively with Bootcampers to give you the winning edge.

Q: What’s the difference between Bootcamp and the 8 Week Challenge?
A: The 8 Week Challenge is about Fitness and Results with 4 different Training Levels based on Fitness testings before and after the 8 Week Challenge. Bootcamp is not about Fitness but it is about focus, technique and event preparation. You might want to do both programs!
