Whether you’re a graduating junior or a new student, young or old, our Adult programs and classes are carefully structured to progress you steadily towards black belt. Much more than just fitness and self defence, through taekwondo you’ll create and stick to winning habits and disciplines that will flow into all areas of your life. Substantial benefits include more energy, better flexibility, sharper reflexes, less stress, enhanced concentration and confidence in the power of your body and mind.

TEENS

15-17 YEARS

Teenagers face very real emotional challenges as they mature into responsible young adults. The ethics and habits of taekwondo nourish their self-belief, as well as their developing bodies, to help them feel good about themselves in this explorative phase. Our training supports teens to broaden their outlook, accept new responsibilities, learn from their mistakes and challenge peer pressure. Instruction concentrates on goals, participation, persistence and achievement.

ADULTS

18+ YEARS

Adults of any age can benefit from taekwondo, and it’s never too late to start. With our guidance, you’ll gradually progress to strong physical workouts that will tone you up and calm you down, relieving the stresses of day-to-day life. Safe and easy stretching will give you enhanced flexibility, breathing exercises will focus your mind, and practical skills will build the confidence to know that you can handle any situation. With increased energy, you’ll be able to do and be more.
