Why Sarah loves Taekwondo
I have really grown in confidence at Hall’s and know this is not only attributed to my training but also through working in the positive, dynamic environment where I’m in touch with people of all ages both students and family groups, every day.
I am obsessed with fitness and love a challenge.
I’m not afraid of hard work and enjoy reaching my full potential with Taekwondo as my stress release and fitness gauge.
