Online Shop Terms & Conditions

Hall's Taekwondo reserves the right to make any changes to its online shop and these terms and conditions at any time. We encourage you to visit this page periodically to make sure you're up-to-date with our current terms and conditions.

Verification

Hall's Taekwondo Systems Pty Ltd reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verification or information before dispatching the goods.

Reasonable attempts will be made to contact you using the details provided. If we can't contact you, your order will be cancelled. Any money received for a cancelled order will be refunded using the method received.

Credit Cards

For online purchasing via the Internet, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex.

Australian Domestic Orders

Australian domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Allow up to 5 days transit time. In most cases, delivery takes 2 to 4 days.

International Shoppers

Hall's Taekwondo does not ship internationally.

Postage and Handling

When applicable, postage and handling is charged by item. Complete the postage option during the purchasing process if it comes up.

Guarantee and Refunds

We guarantee our products are in perfect condition when they leave our premises. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order once received, you can return items for a complete refund (excluding postage and handling). This must be done within 7 days and product/s must be unused and in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

Damaged Goods

If for some reason your goods arrive damaged, contact Head Office in Tullamarine on (03) 9330 0032 or email info@hallstaekwondo.com.au

We can arrange return and either replacement or refund.

Returned Goods

Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging where applicable. Return freight and insurance is the purchaser’s responsibility.

If you need to return goods, we suggest Express Post with Australia Post (within Australia), which includes security, tracking and fast delivery.

Refund Terms

Once we’ve received the returned product/s in good order, we can issue a refund for the purchase price in Australian dollars. We may contact you for your credit card details to issue the refund, as we don’t see or store your credit card details. We can also issue refunds via cheque or direct deposit if needed.

Goods in Your Possession

Customers are solely responsible for the theft, loss or damage of goods in their possession.

WORKING WITH SCHOOLS
Payments:

Invoices must be paid in full within 4 weeks of Hall’s Taekwondo issuing.

Reservations and Cancellations:

Please note we require 24 hour’s notice to change, cancel or reschedule ‘Working with Schools’ sessions.
Where sessions are changed, rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the session’s cost will be charged to your School.
Sessions that are changed, cancelled or rescheduled within 3 hours of your scheduled time will be charged at 100% of the session’s cost.

Photography / filming:

Any footage (photo/filming) by either party must be discussed prior to the session.
